1. Eligibility: The Pacifico Brewing Company® 2022 Winter Pack Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least TWENTY-ONE (21) years of age at the time of entry. . Persons who fall into any of the following categories are not eligible to enter or win a prize (a) persons who are employees or agents of Pacifico Brewing Company, the Administrator (as defined below), their respective parent companies, affiliates , divisions, subsidiaries, vendors, distributors, and the service agencies or independent contractors of any of the above organizations; (b) suppliers, distributors or retailers of alcoholic beverage products; (c) persons involved in developing, producing, or distributing materials for, or conducting this Sweepstakes; or (d) employees of, immediate family members of, or persons living in the same household as any person in any of the above categories. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Obtaining a prize is subject to compliance with all the requirements established in this document.
2. Sponsor: Pacifico Brewing Company, Crown Imports, LLC, USA. 3. Administrator: Phoenix New Times, 1201 E. Jefferson, Phoenix, AZ 85034.
3. Schedule: The Sweepstakes begins on November 1, 2022 at 3pm Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 31, 2022 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period"). Administrator's computer is the official timing device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter: (a) During the Promotion Period, mail in a 3x5 inch card with the keyword: PEACEFUL WINTER PACKAGE and your name, address (no boxes allowed). address), phone number, email address, and date of birth on the card and mail it to Phoenix New Times, 1201 E. Limit: One (1) entry per mobile device per calendar day (for purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "calendar day" is defined as beginning at 3:00 PM ET and ending at 11:59 PM ET on any ( 1) calendar date); or one (1) entry by mail by outside postal envelope per calendar day. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different addresses, identities or registrations, or any other method, will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. The use of any automated, robotic, repetitive, programmed or similar method or agent of entry is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Faxed or mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute over any entry, the authorized account holder of the phone used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person who has been assigned a telephone number by the mobile phone service provider. The potential winner may be required to prove that he/she is the authorized account holder. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and are not will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries will not be judged, but must comply with the entry guidelines set forth herein, as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in its sole discretion.

7. The Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete or delayed technical, hardware, network connection, or computer transmission problems, regardless of cause.
8. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner's consent to the use of name, likeness, photograph, voice, quotes, statements, the opinions, biographical information and/or hometown and status of each winner for promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter invented, worldwide, without any other payment or consideration.
9. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part thereof, if any fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or performance of the Sweepstakes. proper operation of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. 10. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, misprints or any of the equipment or software associated with or used in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in telephone lines or network hardware or software, whether caused by entrant, Sponsor or any third party ; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (e) late, lost, undeliverable, misdirected, illegible, damaged, incomplete, incorrect, stolen or postage due entries/mail; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If, for any reason, an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been mistakenly deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, unless otherwise possible to grant another participation due to the date of interruption of some or all the prizes offered in the same. As a condition of entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting an awarded prize, each entrant agrees that any and all unresolvable disputes between the parties and causes of action arising out of or related to this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of collective action. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain any prizes for, and you hereby waive all rights to seek punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual expenses (ie, substantiated costs associated with participation in this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to multiplied or increased damages.

13. Winners List: For the names of the winners of prizes valued over $50.00, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by March 28, 2023 to Phoenix New Times, 1201 E. Jefferson, Phoenix, AZ 85034.
14. Potential winners will be contacted by December 1, 2022 and January 3, 2023.
